Mapping Ethical Theories – webinar for OCR Teachers of A-Level RS Tuesday, September 28th 2021 4.00pm – 5.30pm
This Ethics webinar will map key ethical theories through their assumptions and their worldviews and will help with essential content mastery, giving insights on how to help students write analytical essays and hence prepare for the exam. Meta-ethics will be used as an in-depth example. Resources and activities will be provided to support this year’s teaching and insights on essay writing that can help help students to improve their performance.
Mapping Christian Thought – Tuesday, October 12th 4.00pm – 5.30pm webinar for OCR Teachers of A-Level RS
This Mapping Christian Thought webinar will help with essential content mastery and give insights to help students prepare for the exam. Augustine’s view of human nature will be used as one in depth example among others and connections with other parts of the specification will be highlighted to show how Christian Thought integrates with the wider specification. Resources and activities will be provided to support this year’s teaching. Insights on essay writing will help students to improve their performance.
